CLUB KIT & EXPERIENCED FENCERS
The club has kit and weapons available for fencers to borrow for the evening, but we expect experienced fencers to bring and use their own kit.
If you need to borrow a weapon or wire because a problem arises with your own, then please do, but beginners and new fencers will always have priority.
Please report any breakages or faults with kit to Armourer Bird or another member of the committee. Thanks for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE: NEXT WEEK 21.10:
NO BEGINNERS COURSE & LIMITED NUMBERS (18)
The main hall isn’t available on 21.Oct (boo!) but instead we do have the small gym (yay!) on the opposite side of corridor.
Unfortunately, this limits numbers to 18 fencers so we’ll be running 3 pistes of 6
NB: our Beginners course is NOT running that night.
Booking will open 9am Monday as usual; first come first served & please choose a weapon preference at sign-in. Pistes to allocated after booking closes Wed.eve.
We may have to restrict fencers to a piste for the evening to limit people moving around, and bags may need to go into the corridor; please be aware it will be tighter than normal in there so please everyone take extra care. No flèching!
