We’re back in the main hall again and it’s Epee night so Coach Lajos will lead the group warm up and take individual lessons. Beginners will be back with Coach Andy.

SABRE FRIENDLY MATCH AWAY AT MK
Last Thursday SAFC went to MK for a friendly sabre match.
Well done to the SAFC team who won the match 6 -3!!! We look forward to the rematch next year.
SAFC CHRISTMAS DINNER
It was SAFC’s Xmas dinner on Friday at the King Harry pub.
It was well attended and everyone had fun apart from Chairman JD, pictured here getting into the Christmas spirit, or maybe someone mentioned epee or Leon Paul equipment?
IMPORTANT: COVID LATEST
In light of the escalating COVID situation, face coverings MUST be worn between bouts and when not fencing. They are not required during warm-up or when on the piste, although you may choose to do so.
Please also ensure you maintain social distancing, when not fencing.
THE G.F.B.O: GREAT FENCING BAKE OFF
The GFBO is back for 2021!!!!!!!!!! (assuming COVID doesn’t intervene in the meantime)
23.Dec is our final night’s fencing of the year, so we’ll finish fencing half an hour or so earlier, for a social up to 22.30ish.
Fencers are invited to submit a home-made bake of any choice for sharing (and judging, if you wish). Eternal fame and glory awaits.
