Start 2020 with a resolution to get fit, try someting new, or just get out more.

Learn the basic skills and tactics of fencing and gain an understanding of the different weapons.

If you have previously taken part in one of out Taster Sessions, that cost will be deducted from the cost of the 10 week course. (Group discounts also available.)

10 week Beginners Course with 60 min of tailored instruction each week.

8pm each Thursday.
All specialist equipment supplied.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing

British Fencing free intorductory membership *

NB: While the beginners’ course should not prove strenuous for most people, SAFC accepts no risk for any injury. If you are concerned about your ability to take part, or have any medical conditions we should know about, please contact the club first. If in doubt, please contact your GP first.
Payment is via PayPal with payments accepted from Debit Cards, Credit Cards or a Paypal account. Checques may be accepted, subject to approval: please email the club secretary if you need to pay by cheque.
Information supplied will be stored on a computer and will only be used by St. Albans Fencing Club.
The course fee is non-refundable or transferable to another course unless due to exceptional circumstances.
You should receive a confirmation email within 24hrs of registering for a course. If you do not, please first check your spam folder, and then email the club secretary.
* British Fencing, the sport’s UK governing body, provides 90 days free intorductory membership for beginners which includes personal insurance. If you do not register as a member of British Fencing, you will not be covered by insurance. St Albans Fencing Club accepts no responsibility for injury or loss incurred as a result of training or fencing with us.
