TONIGHT’S SESSION
Is on!!! After the crazy heat earlier in the week, we’re back to normal for tonight.
Fencing will be in the main hall or outside on the tennis courts, as desired.
BRING PLENTY OF WATER, sufficient for your needs, as we’re unsure on refill facilities at the school
Laura Delany is our Guest Coach for tonight
Laura will lead the group warm up session followed by individual lessons.

COACH EDUCATION SESSIONS
SAFC Head Coach Prof. Tony Middleton is looking to run a monthly session for coaches on Sunday afternoons, starting end of summer, with a view to some people taking the Level 2/3 test mid autumn.
The first two dates would be 7th August and 4th September.
For those who don’t have a level 1, this can be achieved over the two dates. Examinations aside, it is great for coaches to come to together to share ideas and develop.
